How do we improve this place? Is it even possible? It does not serve the community well at all.

Well I have taken things into my own account, to no avail. I asked for a manager one day to give my complain. What I did get out of it was, an attitude from higher up. So when you think about it, it starts from the top and works it way down to office workers and then delivery personal/mail person. It's like a disease and they all have it. I have only had about a 20% success story with this place. Just read the Google reviews and you will understand more, of why they have such a low rating. This is the kind of post office that can make someone feel like going postal on them because of how they treat their customers.

Seth, i agree that it's in great need of improvement. Sometimes we are forced to he proactive. Maybe you can speak to someone high up about it.

My packages frequently don’t arrive, sometimes are marked delivered through tracking, and have on occasion found them at neighboring buildings (who also don’t let us know that’s happened). I have put in complaints to the main USPS and nothing has changed.

Mail person delivers when he want to, to my area & forget about complaining supervision & staff needs customer service training. My advice is to email your complaints. On the website continually

I wish. It it will never happen. I've lived here over 20 years, it's always been horrible. They know it too, they have sent in new managers to fix things and see them slowly get beaten down... They're have been investigations... I don't know why it's so hard, but it is. If you live in Williamsburg and pay a lot of rent, you will never get your mail. But you will get other peoples.
