The worst place I renew my passport and I received the letter from National passport center that they never received my expired passport. They didn't calculate the right amount that I supposed to paid . If you wants to ask anything they never wants to answer the staff here are no polite. Worst .they don't have the right information . They don't want ti explain anything. WORST WORST WORST.. I need to travel soon after 1 months I don't know what's is going to happen.

Well, the sign on the door says they open at 8:30am on Saturday. Well, its 938am now and they just opened the doors. If they're gonna make us wait in the sun for them to open, at least set out chairs and a water cooler. Once again, on 4-15-21 I am waiting outside when they are supposed to be open. It is coming upon 9am now. What gives???
