Few of the workers do not know what they're doing, are rude & have over charged me certified mail on the book???? How do I contact Manager?

Manager? The dysfunction starts from the top and works it's way down to the staff, mail man/woman and delivery person. Look at their rating as the worst post office. I believe third world countries post office are better then this place.

You can't the manager doesn't care either. Many of my deliveries never where delivered

Go to the post office in 34 th st across from Madison square garden. Ask them for the post master email address or number. Tell them your local post office isn't delivering your mail and give you attitude when you try to get answers.

This place is so disorganized, my advice is that you give up.
