They need to fire everyone in this post office and get a new set of staff. Every staff member in this post office is rude. The manager is afraid of the staff, it is utterly ridiculous. Every single time I have gone to this post office it has been a bad experience...and when it isn't me personally, it's me watching a staff member being disrespectful to someone else. It seems no one that works here is happy at their job. Unbelievable.

I made an appointment to send my passport application. When I got there, I ended up having to wait because they decided to take a lunch break. If it is a requirement to make an appointment, it is very unprofessional to take a lunch break during said time. I had to wait over half an hr past my appt, Ridiculous.

Do you have a tracking number for your package? You can track the status on their site usps.com. Otherwise, you need to go to the location it was shipped to, or call their customer service number
