Love this park.

This place is just the right size, not so big that there are SO many folks. However, above that, the concessions are among the best I have ever seen. Bar-b-que pork, brisket, mac-n-cheese, among all the traditional ballpark food.

Enjoyed the trail and wildlife here!

Bike trails were pretty fun! And I was surprised to see so many deer on the trails. Magical!

No hunting or fishing is a rule clearly stated at the entrance. Please don't.
Yes! We have yet to find a good path to get to the river. It is a couple miles walk from the parking lot as far as we can tell.
I don't think it can be used for an organized event unless it is reserved through Parks and Rec.
Yes, look on line for maps. Bike, foot and horse trails. Bikes are not allowed on foot and horse trails. There was a much more technical bike trail on the other side of the park, but it was closed down while the make a connector to Tribble Mill Park. I'm not sure if the old paths will open again, but the connector will be bike friendly and add several more miles of paved bike and foot paths.
I agree with Steve...but the rocks are very slippery. So be careful.
There is a fee for guaranteed reservations but the pavilion are nice.
If you mean liquor they will arrest you if you decide to allow your dog to drink shots. Try a bowl of water and save the shots if you bring mother in-law.
There are 4 entrances... The baseball complex, the football/dog park/ kids playground...first right on their roundabout, the trail head, and the equine trailer parking.
