Absolutely loved the service and products provided. We had a backyard wedding scheduled and were set to have perfect weather. 5 days before the wedding it started looking like we would get some rain (which ended up being a massive storm that rained for a whole day). We contacted Premier Parties and they immediately were able to set us up with a tent just 4 days before our wedding. They came to set up the night before, however we found that the tent we reserved would not fit in the space needed. The install crew was amazing and immediately tried to resolve the situation. They contacted their main office and found an alternate tent that would work. They left to get the alternate tent and returned later that evening to set up. The tent was perfect for our wedding and was an absolute life saver in every sense. We had no alternate options and these guys came in through clutch to make our wedding perfect. Their service, expertise and overall quality is phenomenal and I would recommend for any event, small or large.

Wanted to love them. Unfortunately service from the delivery employees was terrible, we even had a knock on the door as one of them was urinating outside our home facing our neighbors, when confronted they laughed. The rental farm tables were extremely beat up and chipping so much so we ended up having to cover them and taking away our whole vision on why we went with a rental company. The chairs were left on the side of the house still covered in dirty covers for us to move and deal with. Was not happy :( Edited to update stras as I did receive communication from the manager who was extremely sorry for our experience.

Jennifer, Casie, Andy, and everyone else at Premier Party Rentals were fantastic. I host a large-scale, multi-day festival in central Florida. They were incredibly professional with coordination leading up to our event. I was blown away by their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs. The festival went very smoothly, and the breakdown was just as professional. I would recommend Premier to any individual or organization that’s looking for rentals.
