They all need training, the women who inspect the passport applications looked at me and asked, Do you speak English? I was surprised how unprofessional she behave with Hispanic people (Employee 2) Told her to be respectful, When I asked her name to (Robert Goldstein Employee 3) he refused, then (Employee 2) ask him what I need. (Robert Goldstein Employee 3) said: Nothing, This guy is giving me a hard time. is incredible how terrorized employees are in this location from managers. A clear Example of Hostile Work Environment

Very unprofessional. Long line and wait time. They also dont honor appointment for a passport. A staff employee let me take this picture of this address, go to Yonkers instead. Please don't waste your time here.

This post office was not very busy at 1 pm on a Friday. I walked in and am greeted by a rude stare by an employee at the window. I ask a simple question about whether they do passport applications for minors and she seemingly did not understand. When I asked again she barked at me that you make appointments online, as though I were stupid. When I tried to ask why, since the postoffice was empty, she yelled at me and said online only. Last time I had been there in 2019, you could walk in, so I was allowed to feel discombobulated. Do post offices employees in New York have even a very basic sense of courtesy towards a fellow human? Not in my experience.
