I have been there many times. A young black lady is very nice and professional. She helps me a lot. However, there is a rude white woman wearing leopard-print glasses. She is impolite and horrible. When I filled in the wrong express slip, I apologized. And she threw the package back hardly and say nothing. It’s the most rude people I met in NYC. Shame on her. Shame on UPSP got such a terrible staff.
