It was disgusting when I moved in. I had to talk my husband down from just leaving and sueing for our deposit back. I feel like we should have with just how much our apartment keeps falling apart. Light fixtures falling down and leaving shattered platic everywhere, paint peeling, windows not being able to lock. When we moved in there were ants, food not cleaned up from the previous tenants, doors falling off hinges. Very outdated on the inside with rusty appliances and nails all over the floor. I urge you to do a thorough walk through and document everything that's rusty and falling apart. "We are not a brand new apartment" is also not an excuse to have cheap and outdated interiors with ants, dirt, grime, and markers all over the walls when you are getting at the very least 29k a year from each tenant. At least 3 times a month fire alarms go off and there's no fire extinguishers on any of the floors in buildimg two. Ive made several complaints to the fire department as well as the front office and surprise surprise no response from the front office. I get better service at the DMV. Ive lived in many countries and states and this apartment complex lacks in every aspect.We also keep having issues with dumpster divers parking in our assigned spots and breaking into cars because the gates have not been working for months. Then they blame you as a resident for leaving your cars where theyre parked and decline to fix the issues they have with their gates. It's truly a san diego apartment owned by greystar. Over priced, broken amenities, homeless and dumpster divers leaving the garbage they picked through everywhere. Cheap fixes to broken appliances, bad paint jobs, poor service. As you can see their only response to poor reviews is "so sorry we're an older apartment" and absolutely 0 accountability

Maintenance here is quick and amazing. Jesus helped solve our problems quickly and was a joy to be around even as our child talked his ear off the whole time.

If I could give them a zero, they would be getting a zero. They never answer the phone, they have the worst pest problems, manager has a horrible attitude problem, the garbage shoot is always dirty and disgusting (it’s an embarrassment) you don’t have access to your building only door you can go through is the garage doors. I’ve just had problems after problems with this complex.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE…. IT IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD…. the manager and office team give the worst attention in the world…. THEY NEVER SOLVE ANY PROBLEM… The moment I write this the fire alarm is sounding from 4 PM and it will continue like this all night…. if you love your money don't live in this place please
