The absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management there is rude and dismissive. The property manager will not let you speak when you’re trying to talk with her. The assistant manager is also very rude she makes her own assumptions of a situation. I asked the management office to please come and check for mold in the air vents because I was getting really sick and they did not care they said “every technician is very busy” So I took it upon my own hands and brought in a specialist to check for mold and I was right. One of the air vents had so much mold. I have proof. There’s also a lot of bugs, pest control came out to treat and the bugs did not go away. I will never ever recommend those apartments to anyone I know.

They will literally tow you, with a resident pass on it without calling you. 450$ later I have my car back. Thanks casoleil. Parked my car at home depot last night and got towed again. The security here are some CROOKS

I live here currently and it's amazing. The pool area and fitness are is great and has a las vagas resort feeling.

The complex for the most part has been amazing! Also very flexible with having to move to a smaller unit. 98% of the time Maintence request are handled or acknowledged within 24 hours. A few times I’ve had request handled hours after submitting them! The reason I would not give a five star are the following. First during hotter months ants and other bugs are always a problem. One unit I found a cockroach in. Anytime I submit a request about pets I get told oh yeah that happens during the hotter months or the warmer months. I feel the complex should take a lot more proactive measures to pests (bugs). Second yes this complex has a small dog park inside of it. The area for dogs to take potty breaks is only on one side of the complex. That area has ZERO grass is all dirt is covered with sticks rocks and even brush filled area. I believe the complex could make the dog area a little nicer. There are also areas they could make for pets around the complex and it would be an easy and suitable fix for pet owners and other residence. Over all this complex had been great! With a few changes it could easily be a 5 star complex!
