My wife and I moved in in July 2020 and during that time Pointe Luxe Apartment Had just wrapped up the renovations of their apartments and all the amenities including the swimming pool. Let me tell you something it’s the perfect location and living here feels like living on a vacation, We enjoyed all the huge swimming pool & Spa. We also want to extend our thanks to all the staff including Andy, Brooke, Jose, Danielle & Judd and all the staff they all made living there friendly. Best kept secret in Point Loma and it’s only 20 minuts walk to Ocean Beach!! Highly recommended

This is just to confirm all the 1 star review about this apartment complex with a horrible management system and staff. I don't even know where to start but maybe mentioning that I lived for MONTHS without a working toilet is a good way to start my review. After many inquiries through their nonfunctional website and numerous visits in the office, after about 4 months, they finally took my issue in consideration and placed a new toilet. The place is still under construction when I was told by the genius working there that the construction would be finished in a couple of months. It actually took over a year. During construction, I had absolutely zero privacy when construction workers felt entitled to come into my house unannounced and even opened the door of my room when I was still asleep. The homeless in the area is another issue as they come and go freely in the apartment complex, looking up the trash bins and stealing people's belongings. Every time I have a request, management often ignores it. They clearly have zero communication amongst their team and also very short memory as they never remember anything you talked about with them. The manager Brooke is unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. She does very little to understand your situation and support your living experience. Every time you have an issue, her team says she is the only one capable of helping which makes me question why they do even have a team if nobody is capable of assisting your inquiries? I was left weeks without laundry in the apartment because the construction company they hired did a horrible job remodeling and fixing the apartments. Parking is another nightmare. They often changed the policies about parking and even let us know that people that had parking spots, would not have it anymore due to the new policy. I could continue on and on here with my disappointment with the apartment complex but this would take me so much time and also a review that will be similar to a book. If you are considering living in this apartment complex, I strongly suggest you don't do it unless you want to have a miserable experience while paying premium rate for an apartment that looks new but have a really old foundation that causes things to break or not work properly all the time!

Andy was a delight to work with in finding our new apartment! He went through the move in experience in a professional manner and always followed up to make it a stress free time. The apartments are gorgeous and the location is close to everything in San Diego. Being a dog owner we were delighted that Pointe Luxe is pet-friendly and have plenty of places to walk our pup. Resort pool is stunning and the maintenance team is friendly. Recommend Pointe Luxe to anyone considering the Point Loma area.

Finding a new place in a new city can be difficult but Andy made the process seamless! From the day we toured he made sure to give detailed information on the differences between the areas in San Diego that me and my roommates were interested in. We chose Pointe Luxe because of the gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, great ambiance, updated interiors and the staff that was friendly and helpful. It was the easiest choice and and has been a great experience since. If you’re considering moving to San Diego, make sure to visit Pointe Luxe and ask for Andy in the Leasing Office!
