There's a general lack of a attention to detail and attitude problems with this location. The store is actually really nice. It just looks like the employees are fed up with FedEx. I have no idea why my experience was so negative there.

I have nothing bad to write about the employees at this location. They were professional & helpful. But one of my twelve boxes was damaged en route from this store to NY. Instead of simply putting the contents in a new box they threw away the contents into the garbage! These were personal items including my girlfriends grandmothers handwritten calligraphy. I was told by Fed Ex customer service that the form that I signed gives them the right to put my contents in the garbage if the box breaks. Note, I bought the boxes & tape at this FedEx location. Terrible human beings with no compassion for their customers. Be aware.

I went to make a return, and I had such terrible experience: 1. The person took care of my so rude. 2. They charged me $10 to add additional bubble wrap to a well packaged item, but ok I guess they need to make sure it was EXTRA PROTECTED! 3. The WORST PART was that I gave them the return level to where it was supposed to be sent, all the had to do was to put it in the box. To my surprise, I received a package back to my house the next Monday! They did not used the return level, they simply returned it back to me.

Stop with the God awful country music already! Terrible cashier service, only 2-3 copiers, iffy photo machines, terrible FedEx service.! They FINALLY got new photo machines. In the middle of an order however, it can run out of 4x6 paper, then your order which took you a long time to scan in and create is gone. Annoying photo computer also shuts down and resets, taking minutes. Not enough copiers. Various managers have done nothing for 10+ years to remedy AWFUL customer service. Hire some MORE employees! Here Monday 3/4/19 and 11 people in line for FedEx drop off! 15 minute wait just to drop off! Customers all around me are very pis$ed!

Depends if it's color or black/white copy. For color it's $0.64 per page
I believe they accept packages Sunday for shipping, but shipments are picked up Monday-Saturday
