The woman that works at the front desk with glasses is probably the absolute rudest person I've ever met at FedEx. She throws a complete fit when you do so much as ask for a receipt for the packages you're handing off.

THE WORST! Drivers lied 2 days in a row about "attempted deliveries" (I have a camera on my door!!) andvwhen I called help they were sweet as pie and said drivers were notified to bring right back and then they never showed. This was after 4 different calls and 4 different customer reps!!!! Will NEVER use Fed Ex again.

Impossible to get someone to help. Drivers just keep stating made attempt and business is closed but never made the attempt. Ground fedex even made a delivery but for some reason FedEx keeps stating driver is correct and we are not here. Very frustrating that cannot even get a hold of anyone that can help. They keep suggesting that we drive to pickup the package as that is the easies for them. Package is now 5 days late

The folks here are very friendly and efficient. Lots of reviews saying otherwise I’m not sure what’s going on there! Considering the higher than normal stress from covid I would say these employees have always been more than helpful and I’ve not had a single bad experience. One of the ladies who works here even went out of her way to come to my car to take a package from my trunk because I told her my health status made it risky to go in store. Thank you.
