Scheduled an appointment to go to the Notary and showed up and owner/notary for this location stated he could not assist when there was not a single customer inside. He stated he didn’t see the appointment and did not have plans to do so today since it is Saturday. Terrible customer service. A cancellation in my appointment would of been professional so that I didn’t have to drive to the store and be turned away.

Bobby, I think he's the manager, but he is Excellent! Best customer service received, and i dont write much reviews. But this I had to. My situation was kind of complicated with my returns and he found a way to work things out without me having to think twice. He understands your needs and goes out of his way to meet them. Even when they were so busy and short staffed it seemed, all was managed well, and everyone was taken cared of i noticed. Best manager at Any ups store. Very nice guy. Thanks for all your help today!

The manager of the store here is genuinely so wonderful. I’m guessing he’s the manager because he’s there every time I go and in a black polo (for reference he has a bit of a jersey or east coast accent). He always goes above and beyond to help customers, and is always so kind to each person. Really nice and helpful associates here!

I love this UPS store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices to print are much better than kinko's FedEx even other UPS stores in the area. Super easy to drop off Amazon returns. Great prices on PO boxes as well. I definitely recommend this UPS store.
