The african american staff that “tried to help us” was a joke. She didn’t make an effort to scan the label and said it was too big for the scanner. We went to the other shipping center and was able to scan it flawlessly. She had us drive 12 minutes away because of her laziness. I would give a 0 star if I could.

They never emailed a tracking number to me, claimed my package didn't exist and there's no record of my receipt, then called me two weeks later and told me I had to pick up my package for my medication. I'm in a wheelchair and can't drive I have to have my things delivered. Then they refused to refund me for my delivery fee and pack peddled again and claimed they made no attempt to call me and this delivery never existed.
