Worst costumer service ever. I said hi, the employee looked at me and didn’t respond, nobody was there. Also, the same guy in the front is so rude! He acts like he’s doing a favor.

This is the single worst UPS store I've ever been to. Should be zero stars. I have given it more than enough chances, this guy is awful. Go to the UPS stores in Clairemont Square, Balboa & Genessee, ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

If you're looking for that classic, excellent, UPS customer service, keep looking. If you want an easy process to return a package, don't bother. Go to literally any UPS location, except this one. Male employee is rude, condescending and most likely the manager responding to all these comments. Yeesh

Horrible service, just not a good place. Avoid and go to the other location .5 miles away. I was not happy and took my business somewhere else end of the story….
