Pros: Cheapest ups mailbox in the area at approximately $135 per year as of 2021 Cons: Terrible customer service- occasionally they will get a new employee who’s polite but never lasts long, majority of staff who’s been there a while unhinged and very rude Expensive shipping- GO TO US POSTAL SERVICE instead, much cheaper and nicer employees

The best for a 1st timer using a PO box for mail, been using them for 8 years and never had a problem. Great service, best attitude so there for I had no reason to change or relocate. Thank you OTAY UPS.

I had a package to pick up from UPS delivered to this location.got charged a Rip off fee of $10 for what exactly.i know it’s close to Mexico and they’re probably have a good business taking people’s money. Looks super shady everyone in the short time I was there was charged a fee to do business.asked questions about fees and it was basically pay or we keep your stuff. So I paid for now the $10 ransom fee pay or we keep it.But I’d never ever do business with these slicks ever again or UPS.I receive packages everyday for my business and no fees.Very concerned about way things are being managed and why everyone is being charged junk fees.Concerned Veteran
