Woman at counter was a whack job!! Nice but we really needed to get our shipping done. Almost began to think she was deliberately holding us up either from malice or entertainment 🤔 never has my patience been tried. I knew not to get angry or she would have really held up our time.

Parking labeled as customer parking was is always full even though there are usually only 2-6 people in the lobby, sure seems like your letting employees take customer parking and making it a pain to drop stuff off, And at "peak shipping drop off time" near the end of the day, always understaffed and takes extreme amount of time to make a drop off and get a reciept or to make a pick up.

We have time sensitive materials and have requested to release under any condition, which FedEx printed it on the box. They never look at it so many times we didn't get our material in time. Horrible!!!

Very convenient location, and very busy. Best visited off peak hours. Staff was professional. The young associate acknowledged me while attending the other customer with a ton of packages, and informed me she would take my package as soon she completed the previous order. Another associate informed everyone waiting about a different location with longer working hours in case we needed it. They worked fast, and my package was delivered on schedule.
