What a beautiful building and such lovely and hardworking staff. I recently attended their grand opening event and was blown away. The views are to die for and the gorgeous apartments are equipped with every bell and whistle imaginable. Greystar has done it again!

OMG the views here??? Incredible!! The building is so beautiful and is in an amazing location next to Balboa! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in - Alani greeted me with a smile and chatted with me about the area while I waited for my tour with Will. Will really knows his stuff! He was answering my questions before I could even ask them! I totally recommend taking a tour here!

Can't recommend this building enough. First of all, this is a rental that is nicer than 95% of condos--I could not believe the incredible layouts, finishes, views, and amenities. The top floor lounge and pool are insane--truly one of a kind. Second, the team is excellent. Will showed us apartments THREE times because we could not decide which unit to go with. Jennifer was super helpful in getting the application approved swiftly. These guys are real pros. We are counting days until move in!!

William gave us the best tour of the available units. The building is pristine with the most beautiful views and top of the line amenities. Location is perfect adjacent to the park with restaurants and bars within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend stopping in to tour with William. He definitely sold me!
