Beware of this place. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Yes it’s nice when you tour and move in but give it some time to see it’s true colors. Fire alarms go off at all times of the night, people don’t pick up after their pets, fly infestations , trash smells awful in the parking garage . Had issues with the toilet when we first moved in and took about month for it to get fixed , went back and forth between maintenance and a plumber . There are better places out there and offices who actually care about their tentants .

Been at Verge Apartments for 3 1/2 years and there are tons of amenities that make this place so great. Pools are amazing (lap pool is heated), grounds are beautiful and kept up. Trash service is a plus so you don’t constantly have to take to the nearest trash shoot. Apartment units are also up to date and beautiful.

Amenities at the Verge are awesome. Two pools, clubhouses, game room, and full gym. Office staff and maintenance team are extremely helpful and accommodating. Tenants can be a pain sometimes but that comes along with large community living

Hi Friends, I previously have written glowing reviews of this place but regrettably I need to rescind my accolades. My wife and I have lived here for nearly 3 years and we have slowly but surely watched the shine fade. The management of The Verge is really terrible. Each time we have experienced a problem (maybe 3 times) the response has gotten progressively worse. None worse than the present. Our only toilet began to back up and we put in a work order. The maintenance employee attended to the problem initially but determined that the toilet needed to be replaced and asked us to use a toilet in a vacant apartment located on the opposite side of the complex. We accommodated them for the first night. Management overrode them and did not replace our toilet. The following day it was overflowing again and we called in only to have to have our service request ignored. The following day they finally sent someone out at 10 pm at night who was unable to resolve the problem. His request was that I have my wife walk through the complex in the middle of the night to use another vacant apartment. I refused! Now on the 4th day and the toilet still hasn’t been resolved. For the high amount of rent we pay, we’d never expect to feel like we’re renting from a slum lord. This has been our experience whenever there is a problem. They are putting the resident out on a limb to try to save a dollar and have no problem doing it. The maintenance informed us that the manager doesn’t want to approve spending any money. This makes sense because they promised to replace our wood floor when we moved in. 3 years later, a throw rug still covers the damaged area. Greystar is touted as a 5-star multibillion dollar company. I don’t believe the employees at Verge received that memo, unfortunately. Their model is keep up the landscaping to hide the slumlord management here.
