My package arrived the day before I went to pick it up, and when it arrived they told me that they didn't have internet ALL the day before, and i understand, but it is already difficult to pick up packages with their limited business hours. When I tried to talk to the owner she just yelled at me and told me that "Things happen", "They don't send e-mails to pick up and this time they would" (As if that were a favor) and the funniest thing is that I was waiting to pay for other packages she says that "Being standing there did not mean they would give it to me." This is without saying that I did not even try to look for it. Don't waste your money here, theres are more PO Boxes nearby that are cheaper and with much better service.

Fast and friendly service. Both English and Spanish spoken. I needed notary services, photocopies and stamps. I would not hesitate to go again if I need anything they offer.

The hours 9-5 are not good for working professionals but when I squeaked in at 5 they let me in and helped me so the staff is nice. Just don't want to have to use PTO to check my mail so I'm going to have to change it.
