Very divine and peaceful place . I am so happy to see Lord Jagannath here. There are many north Indian gods you can visit. Pandit ji is very nice and welcoming. Here many north indian festivals are celebrated.

It's on September 1st, 1 day before ganesh chaturti.
There is evening arti but I don't think there is afternoon arti. I am not sure about it.
Generally, the timing is around 7:30 for the evening aarti and puja..
Yes, for diwali we do lakshmi puja on 7th and 8th November by 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Whenever temple is open, any of the Panditji can help to offer puja. Weekends there is a Jain Group who has keys of the temple, they came and offer puja.
