Words cannot describe how grateful I am to the staff at Enigma for making me feel comfortable before, during, and after I got my piercing. I have been hesitant to get my nose pierced for years because of a fear of needles. My piercer, Rubi, helped me through the entire process and calmed my needle anxieties and the front staff helped me pick out a stud that I felt fit me. Thank you both!!

Enigma exceeded our expectations! The helper in the front patiently assisted in our selection, explaining well how titanium compares to gold and other precious metals. She then gave us space to make our own informed choice. Rubi was our ear piercing empowerment angel! She helped put my daughter at ease about getting her ears pierced for the first time by being honest and encouraging. Rubi patiently explained each step, offering subtle affirmations to build confidence and answering my daughter's questions with relatable experiences. My daughter said she felt better when Rubi shared it would hurt a little (probably b/c that helped her build trust in Rubi's authenticity). I'm so grateful we went with Enigma and Rubi for this experience. ◡̈

I had a great experience at Enigma! I was referred here with high praise, and I wasn't let down. The selection of jewelry was amazing, the entry level jewelry was reasonably priced, and it was a very safe and sterile environment. Evan was my piercer and he did an amazing job. I hate needles, but he helped alleviate my nerves and prepped me. My piercing turned out absolutely amazing and I will be going to Enigma for all piercing needs! I can't recommend it enough.
