I was very disappointed when I took in my daughter to go get her bellybutton piercing. We had notice that the piercing was not near her belly button at all! There was at least an inch separating her bellybutton and the piercing and the piercing was nowhere near her belly button like how it’s supposed to be. It is very unprofessional for them not to double check their work especially going through someone else’s body. Now my daughter can’t even remove the piercing since belly button piercings take a long time to heal.

I'm not sure. I don't believe so. Even with parental consent I think you need to be older than that in the state of California. Call them Jason tattooed me and he was amazing! Good luck I would recommend any day of the week!!
It depends on the studs you get. I seen it cost anywhere from $30 to $80.
