I upgraded my phone online, but I was really uncertain. Wasn’t sure which phone fit my needs. When it came, I just didn’t like the phone. It wasn’t me. But how do I return it? I went to this store and Chance helped me with the whole thing. Figured out how to send it back. Printed my label for me. And even helped me make sure my old phone still worked. I’ll probably try upgrading again soon. But I won’t do it online. I like to pick up a phone and feel it in my hands before I buy. But I’m not going to an Apple store or a different AT&T store. I’m coming back and asking for Chance. Because customer service makes a difference.
