UPDATE: After leaving a negative review, Sharp Honda reached out “wanting to fix it”, but saying their hands were tied on repairing it under warranty since I wasn’t on record saying the problem persisted. After the technician told me it was normal, I didn’t find it necessary to repeat the issue, so of course it wasn’t on record. American Honda declined to offer any assistance after nearly three weeks of review. Sharp Honda reiterated a desire to fix the issue, so I asked what that meant to them. The ultimate offer made was to charge us only for the transmission fluid, but not the labor charges. We had an alignment done at the same time, and they comped it as well, bringing our total to around $20-30 more than we would have paid for just the alignment originally. The technician called multiple times to tell me in exchange for doing this, they wanted the negative review gone. In the interest of transparency, I agreed to update my review when it was handled. I believe reviews to be a powerful consumer tool, and simply deleting my experience would erase important data for other consumers to consider when making choices on vehicles and dealerships they want to patronize. I picked up my vehicle about a week ago now, and wanted to be sure the issue had been fixed before finalizing this review. As far as I can tell, the transmission flush, fluid change, and software update has finally fixed the judder in my Odyssey that has been occurring since 2019. Original review: Sharp Honda told me that if I spent $3500 fixing my Odyssey engine, it would run for another 100K miles. everything else looked pristine, they said. So I spent the money. The transmission died 200 miles later. Yes, 200. Their response? ”Sorry, nothing we can do.” Stupidly, I bought another Odyssey from them. I complained in 2019 that it shudders between 20-40 mph. “That’s normal,” they said, “It’s just finding the gear.” I took it in for service in August 2022 and now they tell me the shudder ISN’T normal, but the fix is $400 because the extended warranty for this known issue expired at 80,000 miles and mine is now at 100,000. In 2019, it only had 54,000 and would have been covered. They refuse to cover the cost even though it is their error and their techs missed the bulletin. I always use certified Honda dealerships for this very reason. Sharp Honda recommended that I take it up with corporate, which has been a three week long exercise in banging my head against a wall. Never again. Sharp Honda does not stand behind their work and they don’t make it right when they make mistakes. Save yourself some time and find a different dealership. Buyer beware!

I want to give the service dept 5 stars and the sales dept 0, so I met in the middle. Service is absolutely phenomenal, nicest people ever. Always professional and knowledgeable. Waiting area is AMAZING. Sales dept is completely opposite and aggravating to work with. Drove over an hour out of town to purchase my car instead. Will never look to buy here again.

We maintain safe distances, and require a mask when entering the facility. All employees are required to wear masks and regularly sanitize high traffic areas. Test drives are done without the salesperson to ensure social distancing. We have many bottles of sanitizer and wipes out and are easily accessible! Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and our employees. We can even arrange at home test drives and deliveries if necessary.
