My wife called to get a price on tires for me. She got the price and let me know what it was...i thought it seemed high, so i called back with the same info, for the same tires and got a price that was $65+ cheaper. Kind of makes me mad that my wife gets hit with a higher price than when a guy calls.

My sister and I were traveling from North Carolina back home to Colorado when we got a screw in our tire. When we got ready to leave our hotel the tire was almost flat. On our way from Sturgis South Dakota back home to Orlando Fl, we had a blowout on our Truck while hauling our truck camper and Trailer at about 5:30 Friday afternoon. I placed a call to Big O , they helped us locate the correct tires we needed so we limped into Topeka on our spare late that evening and camped in the parking lot overnight. First thing the next morning the Big O crew had all 4 tires swapped out and we were back on the road within an hour of them opening the store. Just wanted to voice my appreciation and point out the excellent customer service provided by this location.
