Maddie was amazing. AT&T you should definitely GIVE MRS. MADDIE HER RAISE. I WAS A BIT FRUSTRATED UPON WALKING IN THE STORE SEVERAL PEOPLE LOOKED at me but no one offered to help me but Maddie. She even apologized for her co workers rudeness and as soon as she completed helping her customer she immediately came to me and asked how may she help me. Again, MADDIE at your Wanamaker store was amazing

Calling AT&T is a stupid route for a solution! Log in to the AT&T app on your phone and follow the common sense path to WiFi settings. Change it there
