My son Austin Needels was suppose to have surgery on his throat this morning in Topeka. No one ever called to tell him what time to be there. We live in Council Grove so it takes an hour and a half to get there. Why didn't anyone call?

That is a really good question. They're always so nice to us! I wonder if there was a slip up or something. I wouldn't give up on them that doctor didn't wonders for my nose and also for my daughters bloody noses. I hope they make it better for you! Don't give up they're really nice people. My son was suppose to having surgery on Monday November 29th. His name is Austin Needels. The hospital called to get their information from him but he never heard back from your office as to what time he needed to be in Topeka. Why?

I have a maxillary sinus retention cyst and also need to have my tonsils taken out..is it possible to have the cyst removed and tonsillectomy at the same time?

Dr. Meyers ordered an ENG for me a while back. I am going to see Dr. Jassim at KU Med on April 3rd. He has requested a copy of all my reports. Kate Willingham is my primary and is sending all of her records, but they need the ENG report. Thank you

You should have a records and HIPAA release form signed to transfer records. This isn't the best way to make a request because it is google, not the doc office.
