Absolute WORST customer service ever. Was charged 5.00 for a card I didn’t even buy and then when I went back for a refund, asked for a coupon and the manager very rudely said she didn’t understand why I needed one. But I had to come all the way back and waste my gas and my time.

Hi Wanda - we apologize for the confusion; that is just a line that our system adds to all receipts. We do not have a point system so that is just a random number. Our only rewards system is our Preferred Customer Card which is available for purchase for $5 and gets you 10% off every purchase and 20% off on Wednesdays!

Please only drop off your donations during regular store hours or use a 24-hour donation drop-box for small, non-fragile items at our 47th & Broadway and Newton locations. Hi Brenda, we do not currently have a seniors' day; however, you can save 10 percent every day or 20 percent on Wednesdays with your Preferred Customer Card.
They accept clothing vouchers from DCF (used to be SRS) and they give vouchers with a referral letter from First Call For Help etc. They can also give based on the origin of the need, sometimes without a referral, like with a house fire or something. I would say it's worth a try!
I haven't heard of anywhere in kansas Goodwill is the cheapest i know
