For the basic membership, you pay 10.90 a month. For the Black Card, which includes tanning, it is 24.06. both of those include taxes. There is one annual fee every year for 42.55 in addition to your monthly dues.

If you had an issue with the local Planet fitness and you are wanting to run it up the flagpole, I would call corporate and or ask if they are a franchisee or a corporate store. If they are a franchisee I would still address corporate to bring the issues to their attention but I would also notify the owner where they have the ability to rectify and address the issues at hand.
