Plays astonishingly loud electric bell chimes all throughout the day, and can be heard from homes at several streets away. I have no idea how they could decrease the volume, but they should consider exercising both their privileges AND responsibilities as members of the neighborhood.

Yes, until 7pm, so only 10 more minutes! You can still bring food for it on Sunday, though.
