Great experience! I was greeted with kindness right away. Outstanding customer service from both Sedrick and Ana. Because of them, I will continue to go to that particular store and am now confident with my decision to switch to Verizon! While I was getting things transferred, my mom decided to make the switch from straight talk to Verizon. Although that process was difficult (no fault of Verizon at all) they were very patient and helpful!

They have a good selection of phones. Unfortunately, it will take up to 2 hours to purchase a new phone. Be one of the first people in the door and try to avoid going on Saturday/Sunday.

Went to the store cause my phone was trying to reload the Verizon software. Got a rookie who didn't tell me what she was doing. Just took my phone and started clicking. Wound up loosing a good portion of my apps. Had to reenter my user name and password nteen times. Find all my proof of purchase, etc. Etc. Asked the rookie for a quote on a new fold. She quoted a flip then forgot to credit my trade in Note 9. Several trips back and forth to her manager. Then two days later the Verizon software starts up again. Only gave me 25 apps this time. I'm still reloading the apps I need and hunting down receipts for apps I paid for. Really not to happy with Verizon right now. Have their everything plan paying 110 a month and still can't get to their cloud from my laptop. GRRR!

I'm certain Verizon will be able to provide you with a solution. I've been with Verizon 20 years and they have always come through and delivered excellent customer service. They go further than most companies to fix or correct any issues. They also work with you if you find yourself in difficult financial times and needing additional time to pay your bill but still need service. While some companies will also give you an extension, Verizon does it without making you feel like a peasant begging for stale bread! My hat is off to Verizon for setting the bar for what custo.er service is really about. The customer. Tha is Verizon.
