This place is clean and machines are efficient. Doesn't take long at all to wash. The app is the best with its notifications. I don't go anywhere else.

First time visiting this laundromat and man...it is nice. It is clean and welcoming for 1. The machines are still brand new and clean. I saw the lady cleaning them as I walked in. You have the big load oversized, medium and same for dryers. To keep this clean and safe they have at least a dozen cameras inside and that is great. I hope they keep on track with the cleanliness because, as a customer, this is what will bring me back here. They also have an app you can download on Android or apple, it gives you a $10 bonus if you are a first time user. You can load your account or card with cash or using a CC on site. They have everything on site. So, If that doesn't excite your curiosity then you are just dead and dunno what doing laundry is. Anyway, these guys make coming to do laundry fun. U am hooked.

Hello, I’m very concerned regarding an incident that occurred 4/13/22 at 7pm. I came to this location to wash my laundry with my 14 year old son who is autistic. He had to use the restroom, but there was a sticky note on the door stating that the restroom was out of service (see attachment.) This upset him because there’s no other restroom in the vicinity that allows public use. About thirty minutes later I asked an employee when would the restroom be back in service and she informed me that the restroom is fully operational, but couldn’t tell me why the sign was taped to the door. I was upset and told the employee that I’d be contacting the corporate office as my son was holding his urine for thirty minutes when he could’ve used the restroom. The employee then asked me why didn’t I ask to use the restroom in which I explained because of the sign on the door. I used the restroom and when I left out the manager was waiting by the door for me. He attitude was a bit hostile and unprofessional. He asked what the problem was and I explained the situation and he said that a homeless person was in the restroom taking a bath yesterday. I asked why not just keep the door locked and he said because the customers don’t lock the door after using the restroom. He then asked what was he supposed to do. I explained that I’m a customer and it’s not my responsibility to come up with a solution regarding this issue. I then told him I would be contacting the corporate office and he gave me a thumbs up. There should be a better solution put into place regarding bathroom usage. Not every customer will think to ask about the sign on the restroom door. I’ve been going to this laundromat since the grand opening, but because of the manager’s caviler attitude I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I love this laundry mat. You don't have to worry about quarters or anything. Everything is done through the app when you pay. You can load your money there with cash, or through the app using a debit card. The washers get my clothes nice and clean, and I never have to add more money to the dryer because my clothes are always dry the first time. And even better, its only about 5 minutes from my home.
