The place is over priced and cheaply made. The counter top in the kitchen was slanted. Carpet is cheap. We had 2 of our cars broken into and once it was in the underground parking. Security sucks. They raised my rent $400 after the third year i lived there. They had raised it less than$100 each year before that. Not worth the price!! But yes pools are heated.
