The Staff here is very helpful and nice, my cousins live there and their grandmother is their co-signer. Their grandmother had problems locating the Transferring Lease Agreement Form on the website. She emailed for help & a nice lady called her and walked through the process

This place is lit. I like the amenities and the shuttle service. Staff in resident services are friendly and helpful at times. My only issue is noise as it can get loud often. Management is responsive and helpful. When I had a major problem I contacted Krystal the property manager and she was cool and helped me with my issue. Maintenance team is on point and available to assist.

My wife and I were looking for a place and Boulevard 63 looked like a good choice. We met with a very nice girl and we would sublease her apartment and renew when the lease was over. We just needed to apply and everything would be ok. We did it and payed $40 for each application. My wife went to their leasing office the next day to ask for more details and for our surprise, the woman working over there was really rude. First she said we couldn’t renew the lease. Why is that? We just couldn’t. And then, on the rudest way possible, she said: - why isn’t your husband on my system? How can I check it if he’s not here? My wife tried to explain but the woman was way beyond dialogue. Their system is apparently a mess since they couldn’t find me, or she didn’t want to. My wife left the place feeling really bad and didn’t even have the chance to show the emails with both applications that were attached to each other and the payment receipts. On the next day she tried to call back to see if they had found it. While she was explaining everything to the first attendant, he transferred her in the middle of her explanation, cutting her off with the music. And then the same woman answered the phone. She didn’t give my wife any chance to explain anything; - the application is not refundable, company’s policy. Even tough our applications didn’t even go trough, we lost $80. I still don’t know if she found me on her system. I understand policies, but they didn’t even run our background check; they got the money, canceled the applications and that’s it. But the worse part for me was the costumer service. We have been to many places in San Diego Looking for a home, and this was the worse experience by far. Luckily we found a nice place on a nice community, and after seeing the reviews here, I’m glad it didn’t work out.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! The freaking fire alarm goes of at 1:30 in the morning for 15-20 minutes. the staff does not care about anything except getting people to resign the lease. this whole place is run very poorly. the amount of times i’ve been woken up by the fire alarm alone is embarrassing at least. not to mention the maintenance takes forever and everything breaks on touch. nothing here is good quality. I’d highly advise against signing here there’s so much better for the money.

Not if you don't want to be cheated, lied to,robbed and firstly they changed the original Lease Contract agreement name "Blvd63" after the middle of my stay there to "TreaBlvd63 Without first telling me.Other strange experiences were with Resident Services Staff they don't seem to care or listen, yet they high pressure you to"Sign Today or you miss your chance" sounds like overnight Telemarketing scam call to me when they called me numerous times. They also without written notice took all my personal property including: a jade Buddha statue which was a gift, all my medicine,a dorm half refrigerator which was a gift,my cellphone camera tripod purchased from George's Camera Shop,my crutches,my doctor's approved Ankle Foot Brace or A F.O.,all of my legal documents, all of my medical file information,a coffee maker,a rice cooker,a blender,a laptop computer donated from San Diego Futures Foundation,my laundry soap and basket,my food just purchased from Vons, all records concerning my Non Profit
