This review is based on the last several years of service since Spectrum bought our Time Warner. A complete lack of customer service or any desire to provide a positive customer experience. Prices that increased 4 to 5 times a year. When you are the only high-speed internet provider in the area, I understand you can charge whatever you want, but you can at least be nice about it. The funny thing is, when I went in to disconnect my service (switched to TDS Fiber) I received the best service ever from Spectrum. No sales pitch, no additional charges, no fight.... Did they finally figure out that they are not the only game in town? Too little & too late for me. Loving my faster internet with TDS fiber with TV for less than half what Spectrum charged.

As a senior citizen I enrolled in the Affordable Care Program March 4, 2022 to receive a $30 discount. I am on social security disability. On June 7, 2022 I went to pay my bill and learned Spectrum Internet DID NOT APPLY MY ACP. Spectrum instead applied the regular rate! In calling Spectrum they indicated I was dropped from ACP. I called ACP with my Appllication number and they confirmed my application was ACTIVE. I have reported Spectrum to ACP and the FCC for review of this. Spectrum also continues to charge even though I cancelled/ disconnected service! As a senior citizen on disability Spectrum does not care. Spectrum DISCRIMINATES!

Spectrum is a disaster! We paid for 200Mbs internet speeds and never had more than 30Mbs. They made one attempt to replace the router which made no difference. I have been a spectrum customer since back when they Time Warner. When you cancel your service after being a long time customer they go ahead and give you a big FU by not prorating the monthly fee, Spectrum will never have business again. When I called to cancel my service the salesman would not cancel the service until I told him the review would be one star.

I've been lied to, bullied by sales people, and harassed via email and phone ever since I cancelled my services with Spectrum. I was told I would not have a balance due when I cancelled, then got a surprise bill for another whole month! Then, a sales person by the name of Richard Heeke came to our door on a SUNDAY and signed us up for a promotional month and has equipment being sent to us after we REPEATEDLY told him No, we don't want it! Now, we called that same day and was told the shipment couldn't be stopped!?? That's ridiculous! Now, we have to wait for the equipment to arrive and have the hassle of returning it to avoid further charges. After all this, all they could do for me was reduce my bill to half, making me pay $37.50 after all this horrible treatment?? I will never go back to Spectrum, I will never recommend Spectrum to anyone, and I am going to let everyone know on Yelp, Google Reviews, and the BBB, and anywhere else I can that Spectrum does not care about their customers and will treat them like garbage. I will also be writing an editorial for the Spokesman Review and Coeur d'Alene Press about how I've been treated, I'm willing to bet I'm not the only one who's been swindled and harassed like this! If anyone else from Spectrum comes to our property, they will be trespassed off, and I will report them to the Sheriff's office.

If you are referring to the one next to the channel number, it means that channel is not part of the package you have.

It is on Paramount Network. Not sure of the channel number. Should be able to find it in the on-demand also
Wifi, or mobile? If you want mobile service on your tablet I suggest another mobile carrier. Spectrum is terrible. Unfortunately they are the only internet carrier in this area.
No appointment was needed to sign up with them , not sure about phones. They were VERY nice. Must have mask.😁
