Hi Larry, good question, I get asked this a lot! North Idaho is experiencing fast paced population growth so the demand for resale homes is very high right now. And we anticipate this will be the case for a few more years. Although the real estate market has cooled down slightly since the spring rush, it's still a great time to be a seller. Additionally, since most sellers are also buyers, Fall 2021 has been the best time to be a buyer in the last 18 months. As rates stay low, and more inventory comes onto the market, it will make it easier and less competitive when you jump in to find that replacement property.
