This urgent care was the best place I could’ve taken my daughter. The staff was so nice and efficient. Th r nurse brought my girls in teddy bears and made them feel so comfortable. The doctor was the nicest guy and my girls absolutely loved him. He was so good with them.

Although the wait to be seen was rather long (over an hour), once I got into a room everything rolled pretty quickly. The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable and personable. I left feeling like I got a good diagnosis and all my questions had been answered.

I could not get in to my regular doctor but needed to be seen for a condition I was experiencing. Instead, I was able to schedule my urgent care appointment online with NW Urgent Care and was seen within the hour. It was a very seamless process and I received the medical care I needed in a very timely manner. We have used them over the years for our family when accidents and emergencies occurred and always a good experience!

I am new to the area and needed to go to an urgent care yesterday afternoon. Northwest was recommended. The staff was very friendly, efficient and empathetic. The visit took around 45 minutes in its entirety, which is a fairly quick for an urgent care. If you should need medical attention, I would recommend this facility.
