I really appreciate the office. It is very clean and run Siri efficiently. Patients are taken on time, and everyone has a really nice smile. I feel the quality of the service and the modern equipment, makes me feel as if I am getting top-notch care. I know a lot of people feel that paying for dentistry is a luxury, but it truly is not. You need to have a healthy mouth which affects the rest of your body. Invest in yourself, so you can have a long and healthy body and smile. I worked in an office for a year, and I can tell you that when your dentist suggests improvements and procedures and protocols, it’s not because he wants to buy a new boat, it is because he is trained or she is trained, to recommend the best for you. Make sure you visit the dentist twice a year, and when you get home do not neglect taking care of your mouth

I really wanted to give this dental office a 5 star review. I really like Dr. Coakley and the hygienists. However, the person in charge of billing ruined it for me. I was given a fluoride treatment, which is not covered under preventive for my insurance. However, the office is in network so I should have been charged the contracted rate. I was over charged and when I requested a refund I was given the run around. The billing manager would not even speak to me. She had a front desk person tell me that in the state of Florida, medical offices are not bound by contracted rates. Really???? I tried to be amicable so I agreed to let them “investigate” and get back to me. No one has called me.

Everyone from the reception to the hygenist and doctor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were all so thorough, took their time with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommended!

Visions of your grandparents’ boxy, too-white smiles may cause you to hesitate about choosing dentures to replace your natural teeth. Rest assured that dentures have come a long way since grandma and grandpa made the same choice. According to a recent study, patients’ expectations for the appearance of their dentures are exceeded with today’s modern options.
There are many different insurance companies and every insurance plan is different. At Palms Dental Care, we are in-network with many different PPO insurance companies. We spend a tremendous amount of time making sure we know all the ins-and-outs of each plan for every company so that we can accurately submit the correct claims for you. We first make sure we are in-network with your company and discuss this with you.
Dentures are a common solution to missing teeth. We offer both conventional and snap-on dentures. Another option is Done In One™ (technically called a fixed hybrid). The implants are placed and permanent fixed teeth are screwed into the implants.
Your smile will look much younger and brighter, but not fake or too white. Since teeth whitening only removes stains and does not change the natural color of your teeth, you can count on natural results.
