Stay clear of this place. This guy Izzy never showed up to pick up a blind individual who had placed and confirmed his request for a ride to and from his job site 3 hours prior. Izzy from Collins Taxi never showed up, never called as to his not being there, for this poor man who was left standing out in the freezing cold at the curb site for 45 minutes waiting for this rude, unprofessional, disrespectful person, resulting in the man not showing up for his shift. All this creep had to do was call, or show up to fulfill his confirmed ride, but no he choose to mess up several peoples lives and day. Its this kind of behavior that makes people lose their faith in humanity. Call another Cab Co. stay clear of COLLINS CAB.

This is how Collins taxi treats customers. I called to complain and they said to send the video I took to them and I did and they viewed it but never replied. The first part wasn't recorded when he screamed at us but this is what happened and I just got off the phone with you so I thought I'd send a video and we only use you guys for a taxi because you used to treat us with respect and now I don't know what to do but I want the proper action to be taken and I'm not OK with how he would treat to and I think girls when he's a grown man reaching back and yelling and screaming at us making us fear for our lives as he screamed and demeaned us because we forgot to tip him once. All I asked was for him to change the radio and I even said please and he said no and then I asked why and he started cussing at us and flipping out at us for not tipping him last time we took a cab.
