Mony Batie at Ancient Paths is the best massage therapist I’ve ever met. The difference in how I’ve felt physically after massage therapy with Mony is just off the charts. You owe it to yourself to make an appointment and experience the difference a little ‘self-love’ and great massage can make.

Had the most amazing massage with Moni from His Healing Hands Massage. There is absolutely no comparing the therapeutic benefits of Moni's massages. I travel from the Seattle area. I consider it an essential part of my health care! She is the most knowledgeable professional in this field and I have been getting massages for over 25 years from many different therapists. There is just no going back, you will be a client for life!

I went to ancient paths for my second pregnancy. For my first child, I went to an obgyn and had an un-medicated birth at a hospital. I didn't really think it was a bad experience. My daughter was healthy, and all of the nurses and staff were helpful and kind. I was, however in excruciating pain for most of my labor, and just overall uncomfortable. My experience with Sarah and Heidi at Ancient Paths was a night and day difference from the hospital. Starting with the prenatal care. Sarah was really proactive in making sure I was getting the proper nutrition to grow a healthy baby from what vitamins to take to diet and exercise. And when I was about 36 weeks pregnant my baby turned breech which was terrifying. Sarah did everything she could to help me turn my baby. She showed me stretches and exercises along with other techniques to get him head down and it worked. I was able to get my baby flipped around. When I went into labor I didn't realize that I was having contractions, at first. When I finally started timing them, my labor progressed really fast. I live 2 hours from Coeur D'Alene and when I called Sarah to tell her I was on my way and my contractions were about 3 minutes apart she informed me that there was a chance that I might not make it to the birthing center in time. She checked on me periodically, to make sure I wasn't about to deliver in our truck. We did make it to the birthing center just an hour before I had my baby. Sarah checked to see how dialated I was and made sure that the baby was head down and I got right in the tub. Her and Heidi made sure I was nourished and comfortable. They gave my husband instructions on how to help me cope with my contractions. They also gave me advice on how to get through those contractions but made it very clear that my body would guide me, and I'd know what position I needed to be in. It was all very natural, very relaxed. I felt comfortable (as comfortable as possible in that circumstance) and in control. It was truly an amazing experience giving birth in a tranquil environment with just a few people around to support my baby and myself. Without any interference from a full hospital staff coming in and out of the room and the bright lights and distracting beeping of machines, it really was easy to focus on what was important, having a baby. We stayed at the birthing center for about three hours after I had my baby. My husband and I were given snacks and drinks. My baby and I were checked out. They gave us the option of sleeping there or going home and we chose to go home. It was nice being able to leave on our own time and get some much needed sleep after such a long day. I had my placenta encapsulated, and the pills were ready at my first postpartum visit, just 3 days after I gave birth. The first few days I was exhausted and emotional but I noticed (and my husband noticed) a change in my mood and outlook as soon as I started taking the pills. I had more energy and I was more level headed. It seemed like it helped my blood sugar regulate as well. Overall the entire experience I had with ancient paths was amazing. I would never have another baby at a hospital. Thank you Sarah and Heidi, you are incredible women doing extraordinary work.

I instantly fell in love with Sarah when I made my first phone call to her. I fell in awe with her center and everything she has to offer the day I had my consultation. Sarah always made me feel important, welcomed, comfortable and at peace. She's informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly. With her guidance, I am honored to have the experience of welcoming my third child and to say I had him at home makes it that much sweeter! If another babe is in my future I hope Sarah will be there to guide me.

Questions & Answers

Hello my name is mayce I am 29 weeks pregnant and I feel that is will be best for me to find a midwife rather than my normal ob. I also want to give birth either at home or at a birthing center if I am able too. I do have Medicaid.

Look at all the 5 stars, all from 3 months ago, when she was coercing all her clients to give her glowing reviews after being shunned by the local medical community. Trolls much? Be smart, and safe, and stay away from her. She is a hack.

It's ok Hollie! We've seen this behavior spurned on recently by a small select people in our community, and we simply don't fight back. Rise above and put your good energy elsewhere!
