Star has recently hired a new groomer, Cheyenne, that is known to be a dog abuser. I would very much recommend avoiding this shop, as your dog might not survive the experience, in my opinion. I feel sorry for the owner, as she will probably be sued. She also brings along quite a bit of legal inchmberments and the police will most likely be a constant presence at this business as long as she's is employed there.

Had booked out with Star all summer long, once a week for bathing. She does a great job. I had not made two appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and when I showed up the next week, she tells me she had replaced all my appointments and can no longer take my dogs in. Would have been nice to know after driving an hour at 6 in the morning before showing up. Thanks Star!

Our dogs looked great! My only complaint would be that their nails were very raggedy after being cut. For the price I would've expected them to be filed, I had to do it when we got home. But they were very clean and smelled great and pillowy soft for the baby❤️
