They give u misleading information. Was told wen i called on 7/ 2/2021 just a fine he had to pay cant remember the ladies name and then asked u sure just a fine he doesnt have to go to court she said just a fine. . So i said will be there Monday she said oh were not open cuz of the 4th . so we went Tuesday and was told the samething by another lady. So we go make payment arrangements 12.50 proceesing fee and 50 first payment. Well didnt have money til Friday. So i went and paid it only to be told now by the man that its 316. 50 for bond and he took my payment. He has to come to Court. So misleading information on there part. So now my son will have a warrant out for his arrest cuz of there misleading information. Im not excuses wat my son did but these people playing with peoples lifes.

This is the place that extends from the local blue isis gamg that makes sure their corruption is enforced. CirruptCor doesn't start all of a sudden today. Its built over the years. From the street to the court house. Its our country that stands by the Constitution. Is there training anywhere about what the Constitution is? Maybe in the court house? ovciobvio not. Judge Here covered up for a corrupt attorney, who frauded the court by writing a letter saying there was no deviation of the standard of care in my father's case malpractice case. The doctor was not liceansed nor insured and there are medical experts who can prove what they did, but because of the fraud I can't reopen the case and I was naive back then. I reviewed the transcripts I got from the court edited and deleted information from the proceedings. It was full on fraud by this court by the judge and an officer of the court. They let the wreckless behavior by north idaho advanced care hospital continue, a hospital that gets sued a lot. This is NOT a competent jurisdiction to have your case heard. Nothing honorable about these people. Don't trust then, nor let them push you around.

Courtroom 4 is in the older courthouse on the corner of Garden Ave. and Gov't Way. There are 3 buildings that have courtrooms for Kootenai County.
If the will has been lodged or probated at the district court, then yes, you can ask by name. If it has been probated then you may view those records. If it has not, then you would need to speak with the attorney that drafted the will to obtain a copy.
Your best bet is to pay it in person. But if you're unable to you can look up in the phone book or on Google for the Kootenai County District Court they should be able to get you to where you need to go to pay your ticket

You should call the courthouse and explain what happened and they should be able to direct you to the right person you may have to pay a fine if you have already missed the court date. They may have a bench warrant out for you if you've missed it which means if you get pulled over that warrant will show and you could be arrested on the spot. Just be a fine for failure to appear. But you should really get on it as soon as possible. You can try to call the courthouse to attempt to reschedule the hearing. Good luck!
