We are an electric trike company in California, and we made a sale to customer in Virginia. The delivery company savaged the vehicle and left us with an unhappy customer thousands of miles away. He worked with us, drove out to Virginia to assess the damage, told us what parts were needed, waited for us to ship them, and then drove out again to install them.
