I went in with an injury to my knee in the evening. The receptionist was fast and efficient. I was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse was friendly, courteous and had a sense of humor:) She gathered all the pertinent information for the doctor who entered in short order. He was knowledgeable and careful with my leg/knee and his assessment was a relief. He prescribed an anti-inflammatory and I was given a knee brace. The doctor printed off the diagnosis and care sheet which was informative and supported my understanding of how to heal quickly. Overall, my experience l excellent; I could not imagine a better one. I was treated like a human being in need of care - I was listened to, cared for, and released with the knowledge I needed to get back to the business of living:)

Very caring staff! The nurses did a wonderful job doing research to find answers to all my questions. Every doctor took time to explain all steps to my surgery and recovery. All nurses worked hard to manage my pain and took sincere interest in making me as comfortable as they could. Thank you everyone.

Kootenai Health provided top notch care for my outpatient surgery visit. The entire staff was wonderful and treated me with much respect, compassion and excellent care. The staff helped me feel at ease during the entire visit–they were always there and very attentive. Very pleased at the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the entire staff. A few days after the visit, I received a nice letter with handwritten notes from the RNs who took care of me. Thank you Kootenai Health for a very pleasant experience.

I had a serious heart issue on Wednesday evening (Jan. 19) and my husband drove me to the Kootenai hospital ER with Tachycardia. The waiting room was full of people but the staff was so caring and kind still. The wait wasn't long and when they put me in a room, the Dr. (Dr. Rosales) came right away and took care of me. The doctor and nurses were exceptional!! They put me at ease and took care of my heart issues and I went home feeling good again! They are to be commended for their wonderful and knowledgeable service to the public health. Thank you Kootenai Staff for your awesome medical care!! 💗

Directly across from the gift shop and public elevators on the first floor. They are also in the new wing at the NE corner directly across from guest services. 1st floor for both locations.
Didn't you know a hospital is just a building that's rented by all who serve you and each of them who you have contact with will send you a bill. I'll go to sacred health in spokane. Thank you.
That is true. For now anyways. I can't imagine where we live there will be many places that require vaccine. Good luck. Our area is crazy booking right now so houses are really expensive and rent in places is outrageous.
So I'm just a housekeeper at the hospital, but I'm pretty sure the lab is in the East wing. But I could be wrong. So just saying 😓
They will get them from your old dr if that is what you are asking.
