This place is suppose to based on positivity. I mean they even worship here. But for the past couple of years that my god sister has been going there. We’ve been having major issues. Not only do they not treat the kids equally but they are unprofessional. When there is a problem with a child they won’t even come out to your car. They call you late at night. My god sister goes to the aftercare and summer camp. She’s been through a lot here. From the teachers being rude , for being falsely accused , and being bullied multiple times. In aftercare they only allow them to complete homework within a couple of mins. They have been very rude thus far. If you want to take your child to a safe place and great environment full of positive people skip this place because they are far from that.

My daughter doesn’t like urban youth because Staff memberhe is very disrespectful and be rude to the students and always yell at them for laughing and its not like a real after care , the kids dont have anytime to finish there homework
