I’ve have talked to other people and they said dlr is a joke, well let me say this I’ve lived here for almost 3 years or so and everyone I’ve dealt with at DLR have been amazing they will work with you as long as you communicate with them. They Rock I couldn’t ask for better landlords. Keep up the great job DLR and thank you for being amazing people to work with.

I’ve been renting here for almost 3 years, before the company was sold to the current owners I had a few maintenance issues that took forever to fix. When the new owners came on all of the issues were handled in a timely manner. My biggest reason for leaving a review is to commend them for always be patient and kind with me during some hard financial obstacles. They always communicate and work with me with such kindness and understanding! I just want to throw out a huge thank you to these folks!

There is a Lady that works there that is just horrible to deal with. She's extremely bossy & it's hard to get a word in with her Plus she isn't truthful. I sent a couple to her to rent a place while their River House is being worked on (6 months to a year) They didn't want to shop around and have excellent credit. Well, it took her missing 3 appointments with them when they contacted me and ask me where I found this Business DRLR Property Managent & this lady Melanie. I said a business owner friend suggested them as he knew a gentleman that owned properties they managed & only saw 2 girls in this office & thought they could use the business. I did some research and let's just say I wouldn't recommend them. *Update I can confirm that they Do Not return calls much & a Girl named Melaine answered and said she was in charge. I asked her to give me a list of available rentals and s he e said she was to go e only one there, hadn't even had time for lunch and would have to call me back. Well after 5 days I called back and she answered and when I gave my name she didn't say anything. I then asked if she had gotten the list of available rentals together and she said why would she do that. I said I had called you and you were going to call me back with the list. She made all kinds if excused and got very snippy and said I would have to wait for her to have time. I then just asked how long she had been in Customer Service and she went on to say for some reason that she had a Computer Science Degree. I didn't even ask her that and wondered why she said that.i asked for the Owners of the properties name and she said that was confidential. I sent the phone recording to the Better Business Bureau as I've also mentioned this company on Facebook and got a lot of negative feedback and quite a free said" Are they even in business anymore" Beware... Just giving facts where needed. Many great rental agencies in town. No I wouldn't recommend them in anyway with all I found out Sorry for the drawn out post but I felt this needed to be heard!

I'd give a Negative 🌟 if they had one! Their girl that answers the phone (Melanie VanLeuven) was Never at their Small office with 2 desks in it when she was to be there. And several times I stopped by there during the day to just see a dark locked office. She Always had an excuse for why she forgot to do something, like no lunch break, works too much & has to do everything herself! I looked at several of the properties in CDA and Hayden Lake they manage and I met a couple different people that lived at the apartments which had nothing but bad things to say about this same girl (lady) that works at DLR Property Managent like Not fixing things at their place, never shows up when she was to meet them, never returned their calls, etc. I see a Very angry lady that has a big chip on her shoulder that honestly shouldn't be in customer service with her attitude. DLR Managent isn't going to make it in business with an employee like this running things like she claims she does and is in charge of for "The Owners". Horrible Lawns and Grounds at almost all the properties I looked at! Some of the bushes looked like they were trimmed with a chainsaw! Just cut off and out right ugly with dead limbs you could catch cloths on. Lawns we're almost dead and weeds all over the flower beds and driveways all very dirty with weeds in all the cracks and edges. Very Poor Grounds Management! I found an excellent Condo through another agency which is close to one she showed me but that place had poor grounds conditions for the prices she wanted. This was just recently after she said she personally hired someone landscape person because the Owner if the properties had Never seen the properties he owns look so poorly. If this is better quality work Now, (Very Poor) I think the Owner had Better come and look at his properties, the wasted money on Grounds Maintenance and reevaluate his Management Company!
