Relocated to Dallas from out of state and to say I’m picky about my girl’s veterinary care is an understatement. Dr. Chase charted on copies of her previous vet visits while performing her physical and spoke with me personally prior to taking labs. He took his time to get to know my kitty, her lifestyle and myself, addressing all of my questions and concerns. I was prepared to pay whatever necessary to ensure accuracy, and even knowing this, they pinpointed her exact needs while minimizing the cost. The techs were kind and informative, and I could tell my cat felt comfortable in their care. Dr. Chase even called me on our way back home with the lab work. Incredibly happy, rave review.
