I would give zero stars if I could. Worst business ever. The customer service is terrible. You can’t get someone on the phone. I was trying to get through for days and got the run around and disconnected each time. I finally had enough and made contact via their online chat and told them if someone does not contact me within 24 hours I would hit social media with the worst review possible. They told me someone would be contacting me within 48 hours. 48 hours later and guess what? Here I am. They obviously don’t care about their reputation. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The one appointment I had with them was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth all this aggravation to give them another chance.

Most of the staff is nice and professional However there are at least to ladies who are rude, perhaps shouldn’t be in customer service.

According to the reviews, I thought this was some kind of terrible place. but I was pleasantly surprised how politely and professionally my daughter and I were served, to top it off the receptionist Cheryl was just lovely. She gave us a good price, did her job professionally , and we were just happy to meet such an amazing person. Thank you very much.

I would imagine this place is on the way out. You can't even get in touch with them to book an appointment or find out if they accept your insurance. I would highly recommend going someplace else I will be surprised if they're still in business by this time next year
